Terms & Participation Agreement

This program is an application-based membership intended to create a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for families, caregivers, and direct support professionals. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or place applications on hold at our sole discretion.

All participants are expected to engage in a manner that supports psychological safety and respectful community dialogue. This includes: Speaking respectfully to and about others Avoiding harassment, discrimination, hostility, or disruptive behavior Refraining from personal attacks, shaming, or inflammatory language Allowing others space to participate without interruption or domination.

We reserve the right to intervene, set boundaries, restrict participation, or remove participants if conduct is inconsistent with program values or impacts group safety.

To protect this community: Participants agree to keep group discussions confidential Participants may not share, repeat, screenshot, record, or distribute statements made by other participants. Participants agree not to disclose identifying information about others inside or outside the group.

This membership provides general education, planning guidance, and systems navigation support. It is not: medical advice legal advice clinical therapy crisis intervention emergency services Participants should consult appropriate professionals regarding medical, psychological, legal, or emergency needs. If you are experiencing an urgent situation, call 911 (or your local emergency number)

Sessions may be recorded for members who cannot attend live. By participating, you acknowledge: Recordings may occur Recordings are intended for internal member use only Sharing or distributing recordings is strictly prohibited If recordings will be used in any way beyond internal playback (e.g., marketing), participants will be notified separately and explicit consent will be obtained.

We reserve the right to deny, suspend, or terminate participation at any time, with or without notice, including (but not limited to) situations involving: violations of confidentiality disrespectful or disruptive conduct behavior that compromises group safety misuse of the program, platform, or materials

Membership fees and policies regarding access, scheduling, and refunds (if any) will be communicated separately at registration. Failure to adhere to program policies may result in loss of access without refund.
